GYROCOPTERS.COM
The sport has been flying for a century. It has never had a single source. Until now.
Partnership overview for manufacturers, schools and organizations in the United States
The opportunity
That is how many people in the United States look up gyrocopter and gyroplane information every month. Not one site answers the whole question. Manufacturer sites talk only their own aircraft. Forums assume you already fly. The FAA's own handbooks were written with airplanes and helicopters in mind, and a rotorcraft that needs no runway and cannot stall gets whatever falls out of that.
We built the source that was missing.
Built and live today
Every figure below is read live from the site as this page loads, not a projection.
Why this exists
Gyroplanes have been flying since the 1920s and have never had their moment. Our aim is to build a genuine community around this aircraft: sharing the safety record honestly, the training path clearly, and the experience of low, slow, open-air flight with a generation that has not discovered it yet.
That ordering is not a slogan. It decides what we publish. We refuse to invent a statistic, soften a safety fact, or sell a placement in a comparison. The directories, the ground school and the reference material stay free whether anyone ever pays us a dollar, because a site people cannot trust cannot grow the sport either.
Inside the site, part one
A real buy-and-sell directory for gyroplanes, browsable by condition, price band and manufacturer, with no commission taken on a sale.
Inside the site, part two
A short questionnaire, seven questions, that scores every published model against a buyer's actual answers: experience, crew, cockpit, mission, and field conditions. Every point awarded traces back to a real spec on file. No spec on file means a caveat, never a guess.
Inside the site, part three
CFI, flight school and DPE directories sit alongside the reference material, and a side-by-side comparison tool lets a buyer put any two published models against each other on real specifications. We say plainly what we have verified and what we have not, because a directory that will not admit the difference is not one worth trusting. That policy is the closest thing this site has to a review: we do not score aircraft against each other by opinion, we publish what is checkable and let a buyer judge it themselves.
Why manufacturers partner with us
How to support us
A limited founding role
A limited number of founding places for the manufacturers and organisations who join early enough to shape where this goes.
Advisory means advisory. The Board of Advisory advises and has no binding authority over AAERO LLC. It cannot direct editorial coverage, cannot move an aircraft's position in a comparison, and cannot overturn a certificate or approval check. Founding terms are not yet fixed and are discussed directly, company by company.
Let's build this together
Every generation after ours deserves to discover what this aircraft actually feels like. Join us in building the source that gets them there.
